How it works
Four steps. Receipts for everything.
The whole engagement is one idea applied four times: never let an unverified fact near a guest. Here's what we do, in order.
We verify
Everything your Streamline account already knows — descriptions, amenities, policies, photos — is pulled once and preserved exactly as found. Then every fact is checked against your listings, your channels, and your team.
Each fact gets a source and a timestamp. Where two sources disagree, the conflict is flagged for a human decision — never guessed.
We build the knowledge layer
Every home gets one clean, reviewable page: its story, amenities, policies, and quirks — organized the same way for every property, readable by your team in plain English. Your manager confirms the record once; from then on it's canon.
Anything sensitive — door codes, lockbox locations, owner notes — is walled off where guests and guest-facing AI can never see it.
Conduit AI goes live
Guest messaging switches on — answering from the verified record and nothing else. If a fact isn't confirmed, Conduit doesn't improvise; the question routes to your team, and the answer makes the record smarter.
Before launch we run a portfolio-wide question battery and a privacy screen proving that restricted information cannot reach a guest.
The learning loop & sync layer
Your team never stops improving the record — so the system can't either. When someone corrects a fact, it's captured without overwriting anything, audited against the record, then pushed to every surface that fact lives on. Try it — pick a change and run it:
Your team edits
Captured, not overwritten
Audited & decided
- Checked against the verified record
- Conflicts resolved — one confirmed value
- Evidence and sign-off attached
Pushed everywhere
Every surface agrees — zero stale copies left.Weekly tuning calls
A standing weekly call for the first 30 days to dial in Conduit AI and your knowledge base — pushing as much of your guest messaging to reliable automation as possible.
Syncs, reviews & reporting
We step back to hands-off syncs and reviews, with regular reporting to your team — so you can keep improving the record and the automation well beyond our direct involvement.
Guest-message automation, from today to day 90
0% → ~90%* Illustrative. Results differ per client — the level of automation Conduit AI reaches depends on your team's usage within Conduit and on proper Conduit setup and upkeep, which are a key part of the outcome.
Proven, not theoretical
This exact playbook just completed on a 123-unit portfolio.
A Lake Tahoe vacation-rental company running Streamline — same starting point as you. Every number below was re-verified against the live listings at close-out.
The timeline
About six weeks, start to finish.
Your team's total involvement: access on day one, a confirmation pass on the record, and approvals. Everything else is ours.
Verify
Access provisioned, data pulled, every fact sourced and checked. Conflicts flagged.
Knowledge layer
One reviewable page per home. Your manager confirms the record; it becomes canon.
Conduit AI live
Question battery and privacy screen pass, then guest messaging goes live on verified facts.
Close-out, with receipts
Every number re-verified against your live listings. You get the record — it's yours.
After the four steps
Then it compounds — because now we know you.
By close-out we know your portfolio fact-for-fact: every amenity, policy, quirk, and photo. That's not a one-off deliverable — it's a foundation. Point a new engine at it, and the engine is already right.
Listing rewrites, built for AI search
Every description rebuilt from verified facts and structured so booking channels — and the AI assistants guests now plan trips with — read it right.

The ask
Start with the four steps.
Six weeks, your whole portfolio, receipts for everything. The pilot proves itself the same way it did last time — with numbers verified against your live listings.
- Control — your manager confirms the record; nothing goes live without it.
- Safety — privacy screen and question battery pass before a single guest message.
- Ownership — the verified record is yours, exportable, no lock-in.
